We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are unhappy with your product you MUST contact us as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.

We understand that fast and secure shipping is essential for our customers. We offer free shipping on all orders over £60. For international orders, shipping fees may apply.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days and are typically delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on the destination. We send all of our items on a Royal mail 1st Class service.

Yes, we have two sizes; Grande & Pétite. If you need to make the straps larger, you can increase the length by purchasing an additional strap.
